Our Dietitian can visit your home, schools and daycare centres or provide sessions via Telehealth. 

Little Health aims to keep your family/carers/multi-disciplinary team updated on what was done in your child’s session & their progress if you’re not present in the session. 

NDIS: 

• Little Health charges by the hour in accordance to the standard NDIS rate of $193.99. 

Medicare: 

• Medicare rebates are available to clients who have a chronic condition and complex care needs being managed by a doctor (GP). GP referrals must be accompanied by a signed Referral Form for Allied Health Services to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

• Clients can receive up to 5 rebates of $58.30 within a 12 month period for consultations with eligible allied health practitioners. If you would like to claim for dietetic consultations through Medicare please speak to your GP about whether you qualify for a Chronic Disease Management Plan. 

• *Medicare does not cover the full cost of the session. You will need to pay the full fee of the consult and then the Medicare rebate will be processed after your appointment and sent to your bank account.

Private Health: 

• Get in touch with your Private health provider and ask them if you are covered for Dietetics.  It  depends on your provider and the level of cover that you have. 

• Little Health will send an Invoice after each therapy session which is  to be paid within 7 days or before the next appointment.

• If you’re NDIS Self-Managed or a Privately paying family, the invoice will have details to pay via direct deposit.

• If you’re NDIS Plan-Managed, your plan manager will be sent the invoice for payment.

To cancel your child's appointment please contact Little Health via phone 07 2111 8131 and our dietitian will aim to reschedule your appointment to next available option. 

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, 

• Our Dietitian will work with you on alternate options such as; 
  • Switching from F2F to telehealth, 
  • creating resources during that time, 
  • Starting a report OR 
  • Working with other health professionals involved with your child

If none of the above are possible, a cancellation fee of 100% is applicable.

Little Health is a mobile therapy company. 

We complete therapy at your home, your child’s school, kindergarten or daycare.
