Look no further and have a Nutrition Analysis completed for your child. 

What is a Nutrition Analysis?

A Scientific Nutrition Analysis will provide you with information on how to optimise your child's diet. It assesses your child's current dietary intake against recommended requirements for their age/growth. 

Our Accredited Practising Dietitian will examine your child's current diet and provide you with a summary report that includes personal recommendations to help improve their health and wellbeing. 

*Professional analysis of this information can provide you with a good picture of your child's dietary needs, and how to achieve optimal nutrition. 

What does the analysis involve?

• Once purchased you will receive an email with information required for our dietitian to complete an analysis. We will request:
  • Current Height and Weight of your child
  • Three Day Food Diary  - you will receive a form where you will fill in the type and quantity of food and fluids your child consumes over the period of three days.
  • This completed form will be sent to admin@littlehealth.com.au
• Our dietitian will then analyse your child's intake and health against their macronutrient/ micronutrient requirement 
• (This data then helps establish areas that your child needs to improve)

You will receive:

• A written report that includes breakdown of analysis including gaps in nutrient intake. 
• You will also receive personalised recommendations and strategies to improve your child's health. 

Please allow 72 hours to receive your results.
